Before and after each session, you will be measured for Diastasis Recti. (Diastasis Recti is a separation of the abdominal wall at the mid-line that often happens during and after pregnancy. It can cause hernia, back pain, and sciatica). Dani’s workouts help prevent this by keeping your core strong and toned, even while pregnant!

Baby Bump Body Toning provides a fun, and safe environment to keep moms-to-be fit and confident. Mom shares all the good, healthy benefits with her baby while building a strong sense of camaraderie within the group.
