"Lose the baby weight boot camp is the best class I've ever taken. I had given up on finding a class that would really challenge me and I was definitely stuck in a rut after having #3. This class has changed everything. I was hoping to get back in shape but this class goes above and beyond. I'm seeing my abs for the first time since having kids and losing inches everywhere! Dani makes everyone feel like they're a rockstar even if you can barely survive the first class. She is such a positive, genuine person who cares about helping other moms feel good about themselves. Besides getting our butts in gear it's nice to meet other mommies and hear their struggles and successes. We get a great workout in and have a ton of fun. I can not say enough about this fabulous boot camp. You have to take it, you won't be sorry!"
Dani- Trainer, nutrition coach, motivator, and friend all in one!! I had a friend tell me about baby bump boot camp and I knew it was something I would want to participate in when I got pregnant with my second child. (Little did I know it would only be a month later!) Dani's class has exceeded all my expectations and more! The class is broken up in perfect components- warm up, strength/cardio circuits and cool down. She makes it a point to start each class asking each participant individually how they are feeling and what aches and pains they may be experiencing and makes sure to address these issues in class. It's so reassuring knowing the workout you’re doing is safe for both you and the baby! Initially my main goal was to stay in shape and not gain as much weight as I did with my first pregnancy. I am happy and proud to say I'm tracking now (at 33 weeks pregnant) to gain 25 lbs. LESS than I did with my first. But more importantly I feel soo much better- energized, confident, and all around happy! I can’t thank you enough Dani!!!
I want to thank you so much for everything. My labor went very well and I think fairly easy. I had to be induced, but I was still able to go natural with no epidural which I was hoping for! The doctor said it was because of my working out during pregnancy, so I owe that all to you and Baby Bump Body Toning! I look forward to my post baby workouts with you as soon as I feel up to it!!
I really enjoyed my Baby Bump class with Dani. She made it fun while still challenging. It's great to have someone motivate you when you feel the rest of the world expects you to be laying with your feet up. I loved the challenge and always felt so refreshed after each class. I'm looking forward to working with Dani after the baby to get back to my old self!
I want to tell you how excited I am. I was weighed at my 6 week post baby visit with the OB and I weighed what I was pre-Joey by 2 lbs! I truly believe it is a testament to all the work we put in during my pregnancy with Baby Bump class! That means I lost OVER 22lbs since I had Joey! Thank you again Dani for helping me be in the best health since I’ve had any of my 3 kids!
Dani and her training has been one of the best things that has happened to me during this pregnancy! Between prenatal yoga and Baby Bump Body Toning, she has a way of creating pure relaxation as well as pure energy. She believes so deeply and passionately about health and wellness for pregnant women that she creates intense, but safe programs that are always changing. And she'll be there cheering you on until the very end. She's a wonderful resource and I only wish I had started working with her earlier. I'm so grateful to have her expertise during this exciting and scary time!
I started working out with Dani when I was 6 months pregnant. A week before our session was to start, my back began acting up and I was in a great deal of lower back pain. I was about to cancel my session and Dani said she would be able to help alleviate some pain and teach me how to work out without injuring myself or my baby. I hesitantly went to my session with Dani and was surprised that my pain was less WHILE I was working with her. Certain stretching, breathing and poses helped to lessen my pain and I continued working out with Dani well into my 9th month. I have to say that my back pain never came back because Dani knows what she is doing and truly has the pregnant mom's best interests at heart. This is my third pregnancy and I have never felt more prepared for childbirth. I think working with Dani has helped keep me in shape, will help with my delivery and allow for an easier recovery after delivering my child. Thanks for all you do Dani!
Dani is the best thing to happen to pregnancy since pickles and peanut butter! With my first pregnancy I was living in NYC, working full-time and had minimal time for a significant exercise routine. Needless to say, I was exhausted throughout the pregnancy and felt weak and extremely un-toned postpartum. With this second pregnancy I was able to maintain an active gym routine all nine months. Dani's prenatal yoga and training classes made such a huge impact! I felt strong and empowered throughout my entire pregnancy as well as during labor & delivery. I was able to use my strong abdominal muscles through the pushing phase; the doctor and nurses even commented that my deep "yoga breaths" were helping to move baby along between contractions - doesn't get much better than that! I have also felt strong postpartum and could barely wait to get back to gym and into Dani's postpartum yoga and training. Perhaps most importantly, Dani is an encouraging force to have around during this incredible journey. Her knowledge of the pregnant body is invaluable and she's always willing to give individualized tips and resources for everything from a lactation consultant to sleep training books. Thank you Dani!
With the birth of my first child, the doctor was convinced c-section, but I was determined to have him vaginally, and did after only 30 minutes of pushing!!! Thank you, thank you because I know it was your classes and your amazing attitude that helped!! I felt so strong, especially after the 23hr labor!
I can feel my abs after not being able to feel them for 3 months. Muscles that were weakened while recovering from the C-section are back in action again! I feel empowered and able to take on challenges in my daily life due to the physical and emotional strength I gain in Lose the Baby Weight Bootcamp. It's something I look forward to all week and helps me stay positive about myself, my body, and my food choices for the rest of the day. Thank you!
