I was able to deliver her vaginally with no epidural! I owe much of that to my wonderful prenatal yoga class! Deep breathing, flexibility & focus really helped me... and the exercise ball was a life saver!

Just wanted to write a HUGE thanks to Dani and Mommyfit! I am the proud mommy of 3 week old Max. Max came a month early after I was put on a month long bedrest due to prior medical complications. Before bedrest I was doing weekly BabyBump Body Tone with classes and pre-natal yoga. I truly looked forward to the classes every week because the physical (and mental) benefits I felt immediately! It was also a way for me to connect with other moms and moms-to-be. Talking with the other women was a really great support and I got some great advice and just got to vent. It helped me keep my weight gain down and keep my muscles active during pregnancy. The back pain I suffered early on in pregnancy was significantly reduced and I honestly believe that if I had not taken those classes before I had to go on bedrest I would have had a really hard time. Believe it or not bedrest really takes a toll on your body!! I had a natural birth (yup not drugs!) and the breathing, concentration and patience I had learned in yoga and the strength I gained during the Body Tone classes made me feel strong enough go with out the drugs and made my labor and delivery a positive experience. It was a really quick delivery and I had a short recovery time. I am cleared to get back to exercising after a quicker than normal recovery and am looking forward to Lose the Baby Weight Boot Camp starting next week! I can't wait to to get my body back in to shape but also for the first time I can appreciate how much exercising makes me feel. Dani kept saying prior to my delivery "A happy mommy makes a happy baby" and now I know how true that is. Finally, I want to make sure I share my gratitude with Dani for her support while I was on bedrest and after delivery. Her touching base with me and giving me words of positivity while I was one bedrest and after my delivery really kept me sane. My interaction with MommyFit has been so positive and I would add this to the "must do" list for any expecting or new Mom's! I just can't say enough great things about my experience! Keep up the good work!
MommyFit has helped me in so many ways. I enjoyed working with Dani most of all, she was a breath of fresh air to meet with and to boost your confidence. I learned a lot not just in exercise but about pregnancy in general that a book would not teach you. Dani is a true inspiration!
Dani is not like any other trainer I've had in the past. She understands the needs of a Mom and tailors workouts to meet my goals.
After being on bedrest for most of my first trimester, I needed a lifestyle program that could help me become active again. Without MommyFit I would most definitely be doing the wrong exercises for my post-baby body. My only regret is that I didn't start while I was pregnant or even pre-pregnancy. I liked how personable Dani was, and how she gave me so much advice on being and staying healthy. It wasn't just about the exercise. I would definitely recommend MommyFit to any Mom or soon-to-be!
