Thanks mommy fit for teaching me different exercises which helped me reach my physical goals during my pregnancy. My body at 7 months pregnant feels unbelievable. This program has helped me both physically and mentally. I also enjoyed the yoga classes and mommy seminars they were very beneficial ...I continue to do my mommy fit exercises daily!!!!!!! I highly recommend this program for all mommies to be.

I didn't feel like a "gym rat" and that I had to work out a ton to achieve the results I wanted.

I thoroughly enjoyed this program. I'm so glad that I did it! I loved the pilates and personal training sessions. Pilates is something I probably never would have tried on my own. The personal training sessions were spaced out really well. I also really enjoyed that Suzanne and Dani would check in with me and they were so positive throughout the program. I didn't feel like a "gym rat" and that I had to work out a ton to achieve the results I wanted. The program was very realistic and worked alongside my crazy schedule. I will definitely recommend!

I was 41, 25 weeks pregnant with my third child and suffering from back pain. I was so desperate for relief, I would try anything. That’s when I joined MommyFit. I had my first meeting with Dani and explained to her my back pain. Dani put together a work out for me that was designed to ease my aches and pains. Within the first week of working her program my back pain was gone! I continued with Dani’s regime straight up to delivery and I am happy to say I was able to pull off another medication free delivery. I am so grateful for Dani and her knowledge not only with regard to therapeutic work outs but also regarding holistic and alternate forms of healthcare.
